Collaborating with STEPS through the Main Street Recovery Program, Kensington Market BIA decided to activate unoccupied and vacant properties within the BIA boundaries.
Together we worked with STEPS staff, our commercial landlords, local artists to design and create vinly window wrappings to animate the shops and overall neighbourhoods.
